*NZ local time(Due to time difference, you will leave Auckland on September 14th and arrive in Tahiti on September 13th. 
For the return you'll leave Tahiti on the 20th September and arrive in Auckland on the 21st September).

Suggested flights with Air Tahiti Nui

- Departure: From Auckland at 3:35 pm on September 14th - arrival in Tahiti at 10:20pm on September 13th. Duration: 4h45
- Return: From Tahiti at 8:25 am on September 20th - arrival in Auckland at 12:10 pm on September 21st  Duration: 5h45

If you wish to arrive before this date or extend your stay beyond it to prolong your holiday, it is possible. However, you will need to arrange your own accommodation.

Learn French Naturally in a Paradisiac Environment

Mo'orea is the sister island of Tahiti, located 30 minutes away by boat from Pape'etē. It is a volcanic island with a distinctive landscape, surrounded by a lagoon, ideal for engaging in various water sports 

Column Two

With 12.5 hours of French class in total, you will be able to strengthen your French skills while discovering a paradisaical island.

• Class groups will be created depending on student's level (beginners accepted)
• Certified FLE (French as a Foreign Language) teachers are part of the teaching team, in addition to Isabelle, a professional trainer for over 20 years.
  

• The teaching relies on playful and interactive techniques, focused on daily life and Polynesia. French classes take place at Fare Om in the common spaces divided into several rooms.

f you do not know your level of French yet, a level assessment based on the CEFRL will be conducted at the start of the trip to gauge your level. Alternatively, you can conduct a test with us directly online.

Additional activities:

During your immersive trip, you will have a free afternoon scheduled on the Wednesday. Below is a list of various curated activities selected by your host family.  Please note that these activities are not included in any of the French Polynesia Immersion Trip packages.

Accommodation at Fare Om

''Fare Om is much more than just accommodation on the beautiful island of Moorea. It is a small community that welcomes its guests with warmth for unique human and cultural experiences.''

Fare Om is a very large house, a family guesthouse, with multiple accommodation options, located between the two bays of Cook and 'Ōpūnohu , 16 km from the ferry dock. There is an atmosphere of sharing and good humor to make everyone feel comfortable. The common areas are spacious, airy, surrounded by a green permaculture garden. 9 nights will be spent at Fare Om.

Meals

The cuisine will be made with local, fresh, and organic products.
During the stay, you will participate in a themed local evening (with dance and music, and a buffet featuring specialty discoveries) and meals prepared by all the participants.

Three options for your trip

ALL INCLUSIVE

• Accommodation at Fare Om, a small, family-friendly hotel, or in a host family (9 nights).

• Accommodation in Tahiti in a single room (2 nights).
• All meals (at Fare Om and external locations, alcoholic beverages at an additional cost). Local and organic food.
• 125 hours of French lessons.
• All activities (tours on Mo'orea and Tahiti, hikes, snorkeling, lagoon excursions, dance and music classes, cooking classes, motu outing).
• All evenings (cultural events, games, lectures).
• Ground transportation on Tahiti and Mo'orea and boat transfer between Tahiti and Mo'orea.

**Note that these prices reflect a per-person basis, we offer different prices for people wishing to couple up for Options 1 or 2. Please contact us.

Does not includes :

- Both Flights (Round-trip flights starting from $980 on Air Tahiti until early December.)
- Travel Insurance
- Any personal expenses

How to enroll:

Please note that you need an AF membership to enrol.

Step 1: Complete the enrollment form
- Online version
-Printable version, to be dropped off at the Alliance Française

Step 2: Booking validation by the Alliance Française
The Alliance Française will contact you to confirm the availability of your selected hosting option.
Then you will have to:
- Carefully read and sign the Terms & Conditions
- Pay a $1000 deposit within 7 days

Step 3: Flights & travel documentation 
Arrange your flight, travel insurance etc

Step 4: Final payment
The remaining balance (total cost minus the deposit) must be paid by 4th April.

Once you have sent the forms through, an Alliance Francaise Auckland representative will contact you to organise everything with you.
