The French Film Festival Aotearoa 2026, supported by the Alliance Française, is coming very soon! It will unfold in Christchurch on 28 May-21 June and opens with Colours of Time!

🍿All along the festival, come discover a selection of famous French movies in Christchurch's theaters, all along the month of June! There will be screenings of films with French or English subtitles, across many different genres (drama, biopic, romance, adventure, suspense...), there's something for every taste! 🍿

Tickets are now on sale at Lumière Cinemas, Academy Gold Cinema, Deluxe Cinemas and Town Hall Cinemas Rangiora. Book quickly or you will miss out!

☝A special AF Member concession is available at all participating cinemas:
> Select this option when booking online with the Lumière Cinemas and present your AF membership card at the reception/bar on the night of the screening.
> Book your seat(s) in person with your AF membership card for all other participating cinemas in Christchurch.
